Working Hours: a compressed 37 hour week - Monday to Thursday.
Ultra Intelligence & Communications Command, Control, Intelligence (UK) (C2I UK) is recruiting a Customer Support Technician for our C2I business.
Key Responsibilities
- Fault diagnosis and repair of optical and electronic equipment to meet turnaround times and quality levels.
- Fault diagnosis and repair of supporting equipment.
- Provision of a technical query answering service to customers, including out‑of‑hours coverage where contracted.
- Recording work on the company failure reporting system(s) to ensure a full audit trail for long‑term trend analysis.
- Production activities including inspection and acceptance testing for all new equipment.
- Implementation of hardware and software modifications and testing as required.
- Adhering to all airworthiness aspects of the equipment.
