Customer Support Specialist

Working closely with Account Managers, you'll become a trusted point of contact for our top tier customers. You will foster strong relationships while ensuring seamless communication with key internal and external stakeholders across the business.

This position sits within ANZ Sales and APAC Enablement in the Commercial division, reporting to the Manager, Customer Support. You will collaborate with external clients, internal Sales teams, Finance, Customer Success Managers, and Product Teams.
