Voice, Call and Chat support in the languages mentioned above

Should Speak & understand the languages mentioned above

MyHR chat and calls, Handle live contacts from GB EEs, Maintain AHT 12 Mins, CSAT (HMD) >90%

Handle MyHR chat and calls queries and providing resolution for time and attendance Issues.
