Customer Support Representative

Description We are looking for a Customer Support Representative to support subscribers and deliver a high-quality service experience for an education-focused organization. This Long-term Contract position is fully remote and supports a team based in New York, New York, requiring someone who can communicate clearly, solve problems efficiently, and thrive in a collaborative environment. The role is well suited to someone with prior customer service experience who is comfortable handling technical questions, account-related concerns, and day-to-day customer inquiries.
