Location:
Multan, Punjab (On-Site Position Only)
Working Hours:
9-hour shifts (including 1-hour break)
Morning, evening & night shifts, including weekends (on rotation).
What You'll Do:
Chat with customers via live chat and assist with our software services
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
Explain solutions in simple, step-by-step ways
Ensure customers have a positive experience
Who We're Looking For:
Strong command of English (both written and spoken)
Quick thinker with good problem-solving skills
Tech-savvy; IT background is a plus
Comfortable working different hours (night/weekends)

Prior experience in customer service or tech support
