As a Customer Support Representative , you will act as a technical resource for Skala’s suite of software solutions. You are comfortable troubleshooting technical issues, supporting SaaS-based products, and delivering exceptional customer experiences in a fast-paced technology environment. ️ What You’ll Do Today Deliver exceptional customer service through clear communication, responsiveness, and customer advocacy. Use sound judgment within established procedures and best practices. Collaborate with support team members at all levels. Manage multiple customer interactions efficiently while maintaining professionalism. Clearly communicate priorities, timelines, and resolutions to customers. Recommend knowledge base articles to promote customer self-service. Assist customers via Zoom video calls with camera enabled.
