Job Description

Job Title: Customer Support Representative (Female)

Industry: E-commerce Learning
Location: Johar Town Phase 2, Lahore (Onsite)
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Shift Timings: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
Salary Range: PKR 45,000 – 65,000

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle 50–70 daily interactions with international (US-based) clients via calls, emails, and chat
  • Provide accurate information and resolve customer inquiries efficiently
  • Conduct Zoom meetings with clients when required
  • Maintain professional communication and strong customer relationships
  • Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and issue resolution
  • Update customer records and reports as required
