We are looking for a Customer Support Representative / Calling Agent to handle inbound and outbound calls, assist customers, and provide excellent service.

Responsibilities
- Handle inbound & outbound calls professionally
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information
- Resolve customer issues and complaints politely
- Follow call scripts and company guidelines
- Maintain call records and customer details
- Achieve daily/weekly call targets
- Coordinate with the team when required

- Must be based in Pakistan
- Good English communication skills (Urdu is a plus)
