Role Overview
We're looking for an experienced Inbound Customer Support Representative to support our US marketplace clients. The ideal candidate is bilingual in English and Spanish, confident on calls, and comfortable handling multi-channel support.
Responsibilities
• Handle inbound customer calls
• Provide chat & email support
• Assist with Customer's enquires
• Deliver high-quality customer experience in a fast-paced environment
Requirements
• Bilingual: English & Spanish
• 2+ years of customer support experience
• Fluent English speaking (neutral/native accent preferred)
• Experience with US customers is a plus
