Customer Support Representative

Authornate is looking for enthusiastic candidates for the Customer Service Specialist (on-site) for its Graphics Department.
The ideal candidate will be passionate about providing excellent customer support and should possess strong communication and problem-solving skills. This candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the satisfaction and success of our valued customers.
Location: Sector G-13/4, Islamabad.
Timings: 9:00am-5:30pm
Responsibilities:
Handle all client communication via Fiverr Inbox (new inquiries, repeat buyers, revisions).
Greet clients professionally, understand requirements (scope, timeline, budget), and guide them to place orders.
Log all interactions, updates, and timestamps in Inbox, Task, and Order Tracking Sheets.
Assign new orders and revisions to designers with clear instructions and references.
Provide mid-project updates when required and ensure timely responses from clients.
