We are currently seeking a Czech-speaking Customer Support Representative to join our international support team. This position is based in Greece, starting with relocation to Athens. For candidates from abroad the company provides full relocation assistance, including a paid flight and complimentary accommodation for the initial weeks. After onboarding, you may work remotely from anywhere in Greece.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve product or service issues in a timely manner
- Maintain records of customer interactions
- Follow communication procedures and guidelines
