As a Bilingual Customer Support Representative, you’ll be the first point of contact for internal and external customers seeking assistance with shipping, credits, returns, and entry‑level product support. You’ll deliver timely, accurate resolutions via phone, e‑mail, and fax—building trust and loyalty with every interaction. Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide the highest level of customer service at all times to internal and external customers (20%)
