Customer Support & Order Management Associate

We’re currently looking for a Customer Support & Order Management Associate who will be an integral member of Sales Supply Chain Team, with responsibilities aimed at on-time customer delivery through execution of the strategic and tactical supply chain plan. He/She will lead all Customer services and Order management processes through SAP. He /She is responsible for day-to-day order management functions including order entry, order status, billing, product allocation, returns, demo requests, inter-company orders, adjustments and product availability.
