About the Role

This isn't your average customer service job. As a Customer Support Officer, you'll be in the administrative engine room, ensuring every family and school community we work with feels valued and supported. 

Your day-to-day will be a mix of:

• Inbound and occasional outbound phone support, answering questions and solving problems with a positive and empathetic approach.
• Handling everything from bookings and account administration to billing inquiries.
• Supporting business operations with administrative reporting and other ad-hoc duties.
