About the role

Juniper is seeking a warm, professional, and proactive Customer Support Officer to be the welcoming face and voice of our organisation. This is a pivotal role where compassion meets coordination, and every interaction counts.

As the first point of contact for prospective and emerging customers and their families, you’ll deliver empathetic, knowledgeable support that reflects Juniper’s values.
