Job Description
- Handle customer messages & calls (WhatsApp, Instagram, website)
- Take order confirmations from customers
- Generate CN / courier slips
- Pack daily e-commerce parcels
- Manage and update stock/inventory
- Coordinate with courier services
- Ensure orders are dispatched on time
Requirements
- Good communication skills (Urdu & basic English)
- Familiar with WhatsApp, Instagram & basic computer use
- Can work neatly with packing & stock
- Responsible and organized
- E-commerce experience is a plus (Shopify preferred)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs25, Rs35,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
