Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and commission electronic test equipment at customer sites.
- Provide on-site and remote technical support for hardware and software-related issues.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot PCB, circuit, and system-level faults.
- Conduct product demonstrations, technical presentations, and customer training programs.
- Assist customers in implementing testing methodologies and application workflows.
- Prepare service reports, installation records, and technical documentation.
- Coordinate with internal R&D and production teams to resolve technical issues and improve product performance.
- Prepare service quotations, support AMC activities, and follow up on customer requirements.
- Build strong customer relationships and ensure high levels of service satisfaction.
- Travel to customer locations for installations, maintenance, and technical support as required.
