We are seeking a Finnish-speaking Customer Support Specialist to join our client service team in Greece. This full-time role begins with relocation to Athens (if you are from abroad), where full relocation support and initial accommodation are provided by the company. Following onboarding and training, remote work from anywhere in Greece is available.

Main Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming inquiries via phone, email, and chat

• Assist customers with product or service-related questions

• Document interactions and escalate complex issues
