Key Responsibilities: Customer Interaction: Interact with customers via phone, email, and chat to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide assistance. Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve customer problems with a focus on first-contact resolution. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department.
