CBTS is hiring a Customer Support Engineer for immediate on-site need to support facility service operations for the business. This role plays a critical part in keeping service requests organized, accurate, and running efficiently. The candidate will be expected to begin the position in July.

Overview

The Customer Support Associate provides operational and administrative support for facility service requests. This role manages the full work order lifecycle—intake, creation, tracking, and closure—while ensuring accurate documentation and timely service delivery
