Job Description
We are looking for a professional with previous experience in customer support and administrative tasks within digital or SaaS environments, to support daily customer support, operational coordination and account administration activities.
This role is mainly focused on execution, task follow-up and operational support, working with established processes and team guidance.
We are looking for a mature, reliable and detail-oriented person, with good common sense, curiosity to learn and strong organization skills, who is comfortable handling routine operational and administrative work in a remote and technology-driven environment.
Working hours: 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer & operational support (50%)
