Start date - 20th July

Mon to Fri 8 am to 4 pm or 9 am to 5 pm (no evenings or weekends) - Hybrid working, 2 days from home.

This is an exciting opportunity to work for a global debt purchase and collection company.  You would be based at one of the best offices in Scotland, the Halo building in Kilmarnock, although the role offers hybrid working, with 2 days per week from home.  This is a fantastic opportunity to work for a global company, build a career, and make a difference for vulnerable customers.

Help customers who are experiencing complex personal circumstances

Discuss, empathise, and encourage disclosure of information to allow you to help customers
