**The Job:**
As a **Customer Supply Chain Analyst** , you’ll be part of our Americas **Supply Chain team** as a hybrid employee (3 days at the office per week). In this role you’ll get to:
+ Maintain Customer Scorecards to achieve KPIs (OTIF, SL, Compliance).
+ Maximize Order to Cash by progressing to “Down in a Day” Order Management and achieving weekly 95% Drop to Target cycle times.
+ Create and Document SOPs .
+ Responsible for tracking and reporting Supply Chain...
