Elevate client interactions as a Support Specialist at Showpass in Calgary, AB. Monitor inquiries and enhance client onboarding while providing exceptional service across channels.
In this role, you will support ticket buyers and event organizers through various platforms, including Zendesk. You'll create guiding documents, moderate event updates, and ensure effective communication.
