Customer Success Specialist

We’re looking for a friendly, energetic professional with strong communication and relationship-building skills. Someone proactive, responsible, organized, and comfortable taking initiative without waiting for instructions. Attention to detail, ownership, a positive attitude, patience, and the ability to spot potential issues early are very important to us.

The ideal candidate has experience onboarding customers onto software or technology platforms, conducting product demos, and helping customers successfully adopt new tools and systems.
