We are hiring for one of our NBFC Client into Wealth Management.

Role: Client Experience Associate

The role is to Outbound Calling of existing Wealth customers

Work Location: Thane

This is completely Outbound Sales role for Wealth customers - HNI & UHNI clients.

Target Based & Incentives too.

· Establishing relationship with registered users

· Understanding client’s requirement, involve RM if needed

· Resolving any of the client queries

· Connecting with clients to give regular updates

· Getting more referrals from the existing users for onboarding new investors on the platform

· Introduction calls for all new customers

· Tracking of query resolutions

· Tagging of all queries raised in CRM
