Enhance customer success as Brex’s Enterprise Customer Success Manager in Vancouver. Partner with finance leaders to ensure optimal use of Brex’s solutions in a hybrid work setting.
You will be responsible for owning the customer journey, aligning financial strategies with client goals, and fostering strong executive relationships. Your role will entail driving adoption and retention through data insight and strategic planning. A deep understanding of customer needs across multiple functional areas will be essential.
