About the Role
We're looking for a Customer Success Manager to join a fast-growing agtech startup with
customers across Mexico, Latin America, California, and Washington. This is an opportunity to
take on a pioneering role within the Customer Success function, acting as the key link between
customers (growers/farmers), the engineering team, and the sales team.
Every new system deployed means less food waste and more people fed — the impact of this
role is real and measurable.
Hybrid setup: you'll work from home, with frequent travel to customer farms.
Compensation & Benefits
Monthly net salary: $39,000 – $43,600 MXN
Retention incentive: performance-based bonus tied to account retention metrics.
12 vacation days
15 days of aguinaldo
