Our clients are some of the biggest names in sports and entertainment. You'll make sure they get incredible value from Listo, from onboarding day one through renewals and expansion. You're the person they call when they need something, and you're the person who proactively shows them what's possible.
What You'll Do
- Own client onboarding and make it seamless from day one
- Build strong, proactive relationships with operations teams at major venues
- Monitor account health and jump in before problems happen
- Identify upsell and expansion opportunities and drive them to closure
- Collect feedback from clients and bring it back to the product team
- Create playbooks and documentation that scale success
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years in customer success, account management, or similar roles at B2B SaaS companies
- You use AI tools to stay organized, automate follow-ups, and get insights from data
