Beezwide is looking for a proactive and client-focused Customer Specialist to join our growing virtual team! If you’re passionate about helping clients, closing deals, and delivering exceptional service — we’d love to hear from you.
What You’ll Do:
- Engage with leads and convert them into loyal clients
- Provide responsive, friendly customer support via email, phone, and chat
- Maintain CRM records and track interactions (Zoho experience is a plus!)

- Troubleshoot basic client concerns and escalate when needed
