Customer Specialist – Kerikeri & Kaikohe

We currently have two full-time opportunities, based in our Kerikeri and Kaikohe Advice Centres.

Te tūranga | The role

As a Customer Specialist, you’ll play a key role in supporting customers with their everyday banking needs. From handling a wide range of queries to guiding customers through our digital and self-service options, you’ll help create simple, seamless banking experiences.

No two days are the same — you’ll support customers across multiple channels while helping to keep branch operations running smoothly.

These are full‑time roles (40 hours per week), Monday to Friday.
