Role Definition

Leads and manages dealers' relationships to market company products and services and assists in the development of dealer sales capability, focusing on aftermarket products.

Responsibilities

• Develop dedicated solutions for business growth by understanding the business model and customer challenges.
• Design and lead the annual business plan delivering sales targets and related KPIs.
• Assist dealers with forecasting, sales strategy planning, and sales techniques; support the rollout of new products.
