Customer Service

Prepares Production Orders from Orders and/or PurchaseOrders provided by Sales Representatives and/or Direct Customers; linking theinformation needs regarding the manufacturing process between these and thecompany.
- Continuous communication with the client to attend to their needsand/or requirements.
- Place orders based on forecasts or orders submitted byour clients.
-Keeps the customer informed of the order request.
-Follow up onsamples and new product developments for customers.
-Responsible for theintegrity and content of documents and attachments to client requests.
- Checkproduction meetings.
**Experience and****requirements**BilingualEducation: University.Experience in the maquiladora industry.Minimum 3 years.Proactive.Analytical Capacity.Availability to travel.
