- Je ondersteunt de technische afdeling administratief en telefonisch.
- Je verwerkt data uiterst nauwkeurig in ons ERP-systeem.
- Je onderhoudt klantcontacten in het Nederlands én Frans.
- Je werkt mee aan de planning van een team techniekers verspreid over heel België.
- Je beheert en plant onderhoudscontracten, inclusief Key Accounts - nauwkeurigheid is hierbij cruciaal.
- Tijdens vakantieperiodes neem je de algemene planning van interventies op jou.
- Je gaat professioneel om met ongeduldige of minder vriendelijke klanten en blijft steeds rustig.
