Job Description

We are hiring on behalf of our client in healthcare service industry,
Customer Service Support / Administrative Assistants
for a
3-month contract
role, with possible extension and potential opportunity for permanent conversion based on business needs and performance. Key Responsibilities: . Provide administrative and data entry support . Handle inbound and outbound customer enquiries professionally . Assist with follow-ups and coordination duties . Maintain accurate records and documentation Requirements: . Good communication and interpersonal skills . Comfortable communicating over the phone . Basic computer literacy and data entry skills .
