DEMO SA, one of the world's largest pharmaceutical manufacturers in injectable facilities, is currently looking for a Customer Service Supervisor. The main purpose of this role is to coordinate activities around customer order management and be the primary contact to customers for all issues related to ordering, forecasting, dispatching and reporting. This position is based in Athens (Kryoneri).

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate activities around customer order management and support Area Managers as well as be the primary contact to customers for matters relating to ordering, forecasting, dispatching and reporting.
• The entry of customer orders and forecasts, ensuring accuracy in delivery dates, order quantities, price, incoterms and delivery location.
• Customer order full cycle management.
• Manage live customer demand and ensuring demand is placed with an adequate lead time.
