What You Will Do:
Provides Sales of the needed information on their queries on the status /confirmation of shipments, including the reasons of missed shipments/and corresponding recovery dates.
Ensures that any shipment issues on ship methods, freight terms, account numbers, conflicts/ or changes on special instructions on shipping documents, delays encountered on nominated Forwarders, etc. affecting the shipments are immediately being worked out with AML BU and Sales.
Sends out AMPI Test Target Shipment update on a daily basis - this includes orders shipped, packed, picke...
