Job Overview

Located at our West Perth office, you will join a team of 12 and be responsible for quotation and order open backlog management for the entire quotation and order life cycle.

Main Responsibilities

• Courtitiously and efficiently handle customer enquiries; reply within the same day.
• Issue quotations for standard parts within 48 hours.
• Manage quotation and order open backlog for the entire cycle.
• Expedite orders and provide feedback to customers.
• Support the Specialist Order Execution team when workload is high.
• Handle inquiries, quotations, sales orders and customer claims.
• Implement quality assurance and control documentation per Metso supply quality standards.
