Coordinate communication between customers and internal teams (production, quality, planning, etc.) Minimum 5 years of experience in Customer Service or new launches within the automotive industryBachelor's degree in Engineering, International Business, or related fieldAdvanced English (C1 level)ERP systems- Advanced Excel Valid visa required Be part of a dynamic, fast-paced environment with direct exposure to global customers and a key role in operational success
