To improve service level, attempt to build stronger relationship with the customers and provide higher customer satisfaction at all levels.

Job Descriptions

Major activities

• To handle costing and billing for shipments
• Prepare e-payments and/or yellow vouchers for payments to the shipping liners/co-loaders for D/O collection
• Update customers on the status of their shipments via email
• Resolve customers’ queries by determining the cause of the problem and providing the best solution to solve the issue
• Coordinating with Operations and Sales to meet customers’ needs
• Responsible for servicing and building rapport with existing customers assigned by Management and further developing new trade lanes
• Update shipment milestones in Value+
• Billing, costing and document sorting before sending to the customers
• Filing of documents into the cloud
• MNC accounts
