 PrimeSource Building Products Inc., one of the nation's largest wholesale distributors of building supply products, has an immediate opportunity for a Customer Service Specialist, in support for PrimeSource's Inside Sales Department.
 This Customer Service Specialist role will provide the admin support for PrimeSource Inside Sales function. Some responsibilities include the following:
 Enters bulk of sales teams will call and warehouse orders ensuring order accuracy
 Enters RMA’s into system and coordinates with ops to determine if return is necessary
 Enters Credits into system and coordinates with ops to determine if credit is warranted
 Handles Home Depot and Lowes calls and coordinates with ops when necessary
 Coordinates BMG orders with Territory Managers and BMG support team
