Customer Service & Sales Support Representative

As a Customer Service and Sale Support Representative you will work on a small collaborative team to process orders and answer product questions to customers over email and phone.

About the Role

6‑Month Fixed‑Term Contract starting next week, with potential to go permanent. $60K per annum pro‑rated . Based in East Tamaki.

Responsibilities

• Process orders and use SAP to manage order entry.
• Answer product questions from customers over email and phone.
• Maintain a portfolio of customers and respond accurately and quickly to any inquiries.

Qualifications

• Experience with SAP and CRM systems.
• Experience processing a high volume of orders and requests.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong initiative and high attention to detail.
