Role: Customer Service Sales Representative

Location: Onsite – SNJ Global DHA

Shift Timing: 8:00 PM – 4:00 AM (Night Shift – Mandatory)

Compensation: PKR 35,000 – 50,000

(Based on English fluency, communication skills, and performance)

Key Responsibilities

Conduct outbound calls to international clients to introduce SNJ Global's services and real estate-related opportunities.

Communicate with clarity, confidence, and professionalism to build rapport and establish trust.

Actively listen to clients, identify their needs, and provide accurate, relevant information.

Handle objections and client inquiries with confidence, tact, and professionalism.

Maintain accurate and detailed records of all interactions within the CRM system.

Achieve and exceed daily and weekly targets related to call volume, qualified conversations, and conversions.
