Customer Service Representative/Route Service Representative – Gateway Pet Memorial

Moncton, NB | M-F | FT (40 hrs + overtime as needed)

Pay Range: $20.00–$24.00/hr (Based on overall skill and experience)

Weekly Pickup & Delivery Responsibilities

• Monday, Wednesday, and Friday: Pick up pets in New Brunswick as scheduled in the Moncton, St. John, Fredericton areas.
• Tuesday and Thursday: Travel to Mount Uniacke to complete pet transfers and pick up cremated remains for return delivery.

As a Customer Service Representative (CSR) at Gateway, you are the primary, face‑to‑face representative of our company to veterinary clinics and, at times, pet parents. You work independently, manage a demanding route, and handle pets in emotionally sensitive situations with precision, professionalism, and care.
