Responsibilities
- Communicate effectively with Vietnamese- and English-speaking clients
- Handle customer concerns via phone, email, or chat
- Translate documents or conversations when needed
- Support the team with administrative or project-based tasks
- Maintain professionalism and quality in service delivery
Qualifications
- Fluent in Vietnamese
- Experience in the BPO industry is a plus
- Background in Customer Service
- Minimum B2 level proficiency in English
- Work visa is either completed or in the final stages of processing
- Excellent communication skills , strong commitment , and high energy
