What You’ll Do:
- You will have direct contact with American clients to support them and provide solutions.
- Assist clients in resolving their immediate issues.
- Answering incoming calls, paging on-call doctors and technicians.
- Accurately document messages and ensure they are delivered to the correct personnel on time.
- Enter and update customer information in the CRM system, ensuring all interactions are recorded for future reference.
- Use technological platforms to provide the best support.
What We’re Looking For:
- Passion for customer service.
- Preferably experience in a call center.
- 90% proficiency in written and spoken English.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite.
- Shift availability.
