Reporting to the Site Operations Coordinator, we are looking for a Customer Services Rep to join our Taupo team and be the friendly, knowledgeable face our customers rely on.

This role is permanent and full time, 42.5 hours per week Monday to Friday, from 7:30am to 4:30pm so your weekends will be free!

• Serve customers at the counter with professionalism and care.
• Deliver exceptional customer service via phone and email.
