Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities

CSRs are primarily responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing Domino’s Pizza products, and maintaining store cleanliness.

CSR’s work in a team environment, being positive and productive team players. Every CSR contributes to achieving customer service, sales growth, operational reviews, and cost management goals.

Shift leaders perform all shift tasks as outlined in the policies, manage other team members, balance finances and inventory, and train team members. They may also attend workshops to develop their skills.

Qualifications

We expect team members to demonstrate professionalism, arrive on time, wear a complete uniform, and maintain a positive attitude. Additional duties may be required as needed.

Compensation and Benefits

Starting Wage: $14.50 for full-time team members; minimum wage for part-time team members.
