Our client is seeking a proactive Customer Service Representative to join their team. This role is ideal for a self-starter who can establish and optimize policies and procedures to enhance customer satisfaction and streamline sales order processes. You will collaborate closely with our sales team and customers to ensure smooth and efficient order management. This is contract to permanent, fully remote (candidate has to be local to Pittsburgh as hiring manager resides in Pittsburgh.) Pay is $23-$25, depending on experience.
