Customer service representative

Location: St-Lambert (South Shore) (2-3 days a week on site)
Schedule: Between 8 a.m. and 8 p.m., Monday to Friday, with one weekend in three worked.
Salary: Between $22 and $25 per hour

- Inbound calls in English and French.
- File opening: identification and coverage validation.
- Dispatch to the right service level according to demand.
- Various follow-ups.
-Provide empathetic and courteous service at all times.
